Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund of the eligible amount paid, including booking fees and unconsumed extras, into the original payer's Yalla Wallet. A different club cutoff is shown at checkout and remains fixed for that booking.

Cancellation inside the accepted cutoff earns no refund. You cannot cancel at or after start. No-shows receive no refund.

If an open match is cancelled because it does not fill, active paid places receive a full wallet refund. Earlier late cancellations remain non-refundable. The host does not owe the unpaid remainder of the court.

A club cancellation returns eligible successful payments in full to the original payer's wallet. No successful payment means nothing to refund.

Normal cancellation refunds go to Yalla Wallet, not through Chapa. Use that balance for a later booking. Contact support for an exceptional payment or account-closure claim.
